Our policies regarding refunds for educational products, consulting sessions, and programs.

We understand that circumstances change, and this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested for purchases made through our website at bloomttdetoxify.world or directly through our team. This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Use and should be read in conjunction with those terms.

2. General Principles

We handle refund requests fairly and transparently. Because our offerings consist primarily of digital educational materials and scheduled consulting time, refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased, the extent of access or delivery already provided, and the timing of your request. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis within the frameworks described below.

Refund decisions do not imply any admission of fault or deficiency in our services. Educational outcomes vary among individuals, and dissatisfaction with personal results does not automatically qualify for a refund unless other eligibility criteria described herein are met.

3. Educational Products

3.1 Digital Downloads and Workbooks

For digital educational products including workbooks, guides, templates, and reference materials delivered electronically:

  • Full refund: Available within fourteen calendar days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed the digital files. Contact us with your order confirmation to initiate the request.
  • Partial refund: If files were downloaded but you report a technical defect preventing access to substantial content, we will attempt to resolve the issue first. If resolution is not possible within five business days, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
  • No refund: After fourteen days from purchase, or once digital content has been fully downloaded and accessed without reported technical issues.

3.2 Physical Materials

For printed educational materials shipped to your address:

  • Full refund: Available within thirty calendar days of delivery if items are returned in original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our shipping error or defective product.
  • Replacement: Damaged or incorrectly shipped items will be replaced at no additional charge upon receipt of photographic evidence and return of the damaged item if requested.

4. Consulting and Guidance Sessions

4.1 Scheduled Sessions

For one-on-one educational consulting sessions:

  • Full refund: Cancellations made at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled session time receive a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled once at no charge if requested at least twenty-four hours in advance. A second rescheduling request within the same booking may incur a fifteen percent administrative fee.
  • Late cancellation: Cancellations made less than forty-eight hours before the session are eligible for a fifty percent refund or full credit toward a future session, at your choice.
  • No-show: If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation, no refund is issued. A recording or session summary may be provided at our discretion.

4.2 Session Packages

For multi-session consulting packages purchased at a bundled rate:

  • Unused sessions within a package may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if requested within sixty days of purchase and before seventy-five percent of sessions have been completed.
  • After seventy-five percent of sessions are completed, remaining sessions may be converted to credit but are not eligible for cash refund.

5. Personalized Plans

Personalized organizational plans are custom-created educational documents based on information you provide. Due to their bespoke nature:

  • Before delivery: Full refund available if you cancel before we begin drafting your plan.
  • After delivery: If you are unsatisfied with your personalized plan, you may request one complimentary revision within fourteen days of delivery. If the revised plan still does not meet the scope agreed upon in writing at the time of purchase, a fifty percent refund may be issued.
  • Refund requests based on disagreement with educational recommendations rather than scope deficiencies are not eligible unless the plan materially deviates from the agreed deliverables.

6. Programs and Challenges

6.1 Multi-Week Educational Programs

For structured programs such as our six-week mind system challenge:

  • Full refund: Available within seven calendar days of program start date if you have not accessed more than one module or attended more than one group session.
  • Partial refund: If you withdraw after seven days but before the program midpoint, a pro-rata refund based on unused modules may be issued minus a twenty percent administrative fee.
  • After midpoint: No refunds are issued after the program midpoint. You retain access to materials already delivered.

6.2 Workshops and Group Sessions

For standalone workshops and group educational sessions:

  • Full refund for cancellations made at least seventy-two hours before the workshop start time.
  • Fifty percent refund for cancellations made between twenty-four and seventy-two hours before start time.
  • No refund for cancellations made less than twenty-four hours before start time or for no-shows.

7. How to Request a Refund

  • Product or service purchased
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any supporting documentation such as screenshots of technical issues

We acknowledge receipt of refund requests within two business days and aim to process eligible refunds within ten business days of approval.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Processing times depend on your financial institution:

  • Credit and debit card refunds: five to ten business days after processing
  • Bank transfer refunds: seven to fourteen business days after processing
  • Digital wallet refunds: three to seven business days after processing

If the original payment method is no longer valid, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method. Refunds are issued in United States dollars. Currency conversion differences for international purchases are not reimbursed.

9. Non-Refundable Items and Situations

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Services fully delivered as described at the time of purchase
  • Digital products accessed beyond the refund eligibility window
  • Promotional or discounted items marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase
  • Gift purchases (refunds issued as store credit to the original purchaser only)
  • Requests made in bad faith, including repeated purchase-and-refund patterns indicative of abuse
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal outcomes rather than service delivery issues

10. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in suspension of access to purchased materials and future services while the dispute is investigated. We provide documentation to payment processors for all legitimate transactions and will contest chargebacks that do not comply with this Refund Policy.

11. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. Residents of the European Union may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Directive, including a fourteen-day cooling-off period for distance contracts involving digital content not yet accessed. Washington State residents may have rights under the Washington Consumer Protection Act. If statutory rights provide greater protection than this policy, those rights prevail.

12. Modifications to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy periodically. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated effective date shown at the top of this page. Purchases made before a policy update are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
